A Little About Me...
Hi, I'm Elizabeth, a figurative artist based in East Sussex.
Here is just a little bit about me and my journey so far.
As cliche as it may sound, art has always been a huge part of my life. As far back as I can remember I have used art as my main form of expression, it has guided me, supported me and provided this huge space for happiness.
I followed my passions for art throughout all of my educational years and I attained a fine art degree from UCA Farnham in 2012, where I explored many mediums and delved into the question of 'what art is'. We completed our degree by exhibiting at London Southbank.
With a keen interest in working with children and desire to show the power of art I completed a Masters in Art Psychotherapy from Roehampton in 2013.
I worked closely with children and families within children’s care homes, hospices and schools throughout all of my education. After working for Demelza as an art psychotherapist, I then started my own family and my world changed in so many ways.
I have now returned to creating observational artwork which provides me with the space to respond and reflect to my surroundings and discoveries. My girls have taught me more than I ever thought would of been possible and I am busy soaking up this precious time with them.

I wish for my artwork to trigger memories and spark conversation of innocent childhood moments that we can all cherish. 'children are born with all the wonder they will need. Our job is not to take it away.' Ainsley Arment. Lets celebrate and cherish these moments.
